An exhilarating yet safe sporting activity which does not require any previous training or particular skills – just a keen spirit of adventure! Participants ride the rapids on rafts purpose-built to resist the surging waters of the river, reinforced and divided in independent air pockets. In general, teams are comprised of 6 ‘passengers’ (minimum 2 maximum 7) and the guide.
Canyoning
Canyoning involves the descent in to impervious gorges, fitted with all the equipment necessary so as to access environments untouched by man, exploring a land of tumbling waterfalls, natural toboggan, slides, and white waters: offering participants a kaleidoscope of emotions as they venture through the most magnificent of waterways.
Paragliding
The emotion of free and silent flight above the stunning landscapes of Umbria. Ideal for those looking for a truly thrilling way to experience this beautiful part of Italy.
Kayak
Descend the impetuous waters of a turrent, combating the currents; follow the most peaceful stretches of a river, observing the spectacular nature life; cross the calm waters of a lake. There are many ways to us these vessels, which are inspired by the Canadian Canoe and kayak of the Eskimos.
By donkey
A donkey is the ideal companion for an excursion with children, above all because the donkey is an extremely docile animal and seems to take great pleasure in having contact with children, enjoying being stoked and hugged. The donkey is a cheerful creature and transmits good humour to all those with whom he comes in to contact. Humble yet sociable, the donkey is actually surprisingly independent and determined.
Trekking
Relaxing nature walks: a decidedly simple and pleasant pastime, which all can enjoy. One of the most natural physical activities, made all the more pleasant when surrounded by the marvellous Umbrian countryside. No sophisticated equipment is required, just a good pair of shoes, a generous sized rucksack and a few items so as to avoid unpleasant surprises: clothing suitable for varying weather conditions, a map of the area’s footpaths, and plenty of drink.
